The Man in a Green Coat

I see a man in a green coat
a green coat, a green coat
standing in the rain, in the rain
face creased in age, creased in age
with arms wide open, wide open
and a grin upon his face, upon his face
and the rain came down, the rain came down

On the man in a green coat, the green coat
he looked as happy as any, happy as any
In the rain with arms wide open, arms wide open

He smiles from his soul, his soul
and embraces the world, embraces the world
with his arms wide open, wide open
and taking on the world, the world
onto his shoulders, shoulders
even in the rain, in the rain.

Starlings

Hello my little Starlings!
Oh how we gaze from afar
A distance only a prayer
and a wish can cross.

Dappled in velvet
a blazing cold existence
with silence of the moon.

Oh sweet Starlings
if only tears were wishes
if they could breath life
unto them selves

that I might be one
with you my little Starlings
with only wishes and a prayer
between us

Asylum of Dreams

A play upon my mind
    dancing, wordless...
                     colors
                             images
                behind eyelinds

misshapen succulent
                   extravagent

torrent motion
                 emotion
      silenced
                   climaxed

unknown florish
                    in faces
taking places
               in our minds
                  to parish

at dawn
                     in
Our Asylum of

                        Dreams

Eleventh Row

A dozen crows
on the eleventh row
                  Murder

Policemen caders
           to meraders
                  in white

All the while
       in one short mile
the shadow escapes
             and dicates

Grief
